Had a fantastic group trip with friends! Spent a fun-filled day exploring Bounce Below and zooming through on the Fforest Coaster. The spa was lovely for chilling out too. Staff were friendly, and the thermal spa was a standout. Just a heads up, the pool area can get busy with kids sometimes, so plan around that.
The only downside was the faintly dated room decor. It felt a bit out of place compared to the rest of the hotel. though, it didn’t ruin our great stay.

Incredible Spa and Friendly Staff
I recently stayed in a Standard Double Room for 2 nights and couldn't be happier with the overall experience. The spa offers luxurious treatment options that truly helped me unwind, and the staff were exceptionally attentive and accommodating throughout my stay. Breakfast was delightful with a variety of options to choose from. Although the TV in the room was a bit small for my liking, it didn’t detract from my overall enjoyment.

Enjoyed our overnight stay in a Standard Double Room. The spa treatments were revitalizing, though the warm pool was a highlight. The evening meal featured a delightful a la carte menu. For future guests, make sure to double-check treatment times to avoid any mix-ups.

A weekend in a Standard Double Room offered a mix of pleasant and frustrating experiences. The bright and quiet room enhanced relaxation, and the housekeeping was commendable. a chaotic breakfast buffet on the first day was disappointing, as unsupervised guests hoarded food, ruining the meal for others. Thankfully, the second day's breakfast was a complete turnaround with attentive service and high-quality dishes, including delightful chocolate croissants. This inconsistency in dining needs to be addressed for future visits.

A beautifully located hotel with scenic views and a relaxing atmosphere. Enjoyed delightful fresh seafood at dinner, and the service was exceptionally attentive, making the stay memorable. room sizes could be a bit cramped for those traveling with pets, and the spa access is limited for solo travelers with dogs. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was thoroughly enjoyable and I would certainly consider returning.
